1. INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
Description

The incumbent will be responsible to provide analysis in Industrial Relations related policies and procedures development and assist IR Manager in encountering industrial relations issues and being involved in dispute settlements.
Qualification:
Holding a Master Degree, preferably in Civil Law;
Having 2 to 3 years experiences which consist of 1 to 2 years in HR and Remuneration, and 1 year in Code of Civil Procedure;
Fluent in English, both Oral and written;
Having solid knowledge in Indonesian Labor Law, Company and Government Regulations, and computer literate;
Having good analytical and learning capability, communication and influence skills, customer service orientation, achievement orientation, and teamwork and cooperation.
2. Financial Analyst - Surabaya & Jakarta Based
Description
The incumbent is overall responsible for assisting the Manager Operations Finance to manage and handle the planning & reporting function and related activities for the JGF/ Bekasi Plant, to meet local and US GAAP reporting requirements.

Qualifications
Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting
Have minimum 3 years experience in product costing / external auditor,  SAP Knowledge is an advantage.
Have a strong in analytical skill as well as service and communication skills.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Good in operating MS-Office ( Words Excel and Power Point ).
